Individual small business exhibitors insurance is required to be part of our events. This can be a simple policy through Duo ($13+ depending on the coverage you select, click here to visit for a quote) or a policy you already have that covers you while you are participating in events**Vendors will be hand selected based on being a handmaker/artisan, curated small shop/boutique, supporter/seller of handcrafted items. We are also looking for makers who take pride in their branding and set up their booth displays in an appealing way!
We are not accepting MLM at this time. As we aim for variety and uniqueness, this event will be carefully curated and therefore the number of vendors per category is limited. We want the best of the best with makers who clearly demonstrate their passion for their business/products and are collaborative, promotional and professional.
Unfortunately at this time, we cannot host distilleries/alcohol vendors or CBD/Cannabis/Hemp infused products due to our insurance. We are focusing on being a family-friendly event so please be mindful of 19+ graphics/adult language products to not be at the forefront of your display.
Applications are open and will be evaluated on a rolling basis. If you do not receive an acceptance within 10 business days of your application, you are currently waitlisted! Only acceptance applicants will receive an email and we cannot respond to individual inquiries about application status.
Upon completion of the application you should receive an auto confirmation email within 24hrs indicating we have received your application. If you do not receive this email we did not receive your application or your email address was not inputted properly.
**Food Trucks please also apply! Fees for food trucks are $150 + GST for the duration of the event. Food trucks must be able to participate all 3 days and must have proof of fire inspection decal, temporary food premises permit from Fraser health and an Abbotsford business license to comply with the city of Abbotsford requirements**
**Maker/Artisan Fees for the 3 day event are as follows;
10 x 10 Vendor space- $300+ GST
10 x 10 Premium corner space $350+ GST
6 x 8 Vendor space $250+GST
Payment in full will be due within 7 days of acceptance, and failure to make payment will automatically forfeit your space and acceptance.
***Jr. Entrepreneurs receive a 6x8 space at a discounted rate ($150 + GST). Jr. Entrepreneurs are classified as makers who are Gr.12 and younger. The jr. entrepreneur must also be making the product 90% themselves. Please note that all Jr. Entrepreneurs under 16 years of age must have a parent/guardian/adult supervision for the entire market. Please note; there are limited spaces available for Jr. Entrepreneurs***

**IMPORTANT MESSAGE**THERE WILL BE A LIMITED AMOUNT OF VENDOR SPACES AVAILABLE WITH POWER (AVAILABLE IN 6 X 8 SPACES ONLY). WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMODATE REQUESTS, BUT CANNOT GUARANTEE POWER AVAILIBILITY.
VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING THEIR OWN TABLES/SET UPS, DECOR. TENTS/CANOPYS ARE NOT PREFERRED AND WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THIS IN THE COMMENTS SECTION.
PLEASE ENSURE EVERYTHING YOU BRING WILL FIT WITHIN YOUR SPACE.
The Mango Market will follow all provincial and local health authority safety guidelines at each event. Vendors are responsible, for doing the same.
Any vendors with consumable products must follow Abbotsford Fraser Health Guidelines. If required, complete and submit a temporary food premises permit no later than 1 month prior to the event. Please visit our website
