The data controller of the personal data included in this form is the University of Jaén, Campus Las Lagunillas s/n. 23071 Jaén, dpo@ujaen.es.

The data will be processed by the University of Jaén in its capacity as data controller, in order to manage participation in the conferences to be held by the EWG-MCDA 95 group at the University of Jaén.

The legitimation for the treatment is given by the fulfilment of a legal obligation and public mission and power (Organic Law 6/2001 on Universities, partially reformed by Law 4/2007), and in the consent expressed by sending this form.

The data will not be passed on to third parties, except where legally appropriate.

The entity uses the services provided by Google, so international data transfers may take place. These international data transfers are based on standard contractual clauses determined in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation by the European Commission. 

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, limitation of processing, portability and the right not to be subject to individualized decisions.

To exercise these rights, you should write to the postal or e-mail address indicated above and you should be aware that, where the University has reasonable doubts as to the identity of the applicant, it may ask you to provide additional information necessary to confirm your identity. If you are acting through a representative, legal or voluntary, you must also provide proof of representation and an identification document.
