2024 KODA Camper Registration for KODA Camp Midwest
Important Information and Dates
(Pricing applies to both the Teen and Youth sessions unless otherwise specified.)
Early Bird Price: Now until February 28, 2024 - $1000 per child, $900 per sibling. (Must be paid in FULL by March 1 to be eligible for the discount). 
Regular Price: Beginning March 1, 2024 Regular price – $1200 per child, $1000 per sibling.
Kids one week session (7-9 year old): $500 per child. No discount for additional children. 
Total Camp Fee (or less depending on scholarship) must be paid in full by June 1st.
Late Payment: $10 per day beginning June 2, 2024. 
A nonrefundable $200 retainer fee per camper must be paid at the time of registration,  which will go towards the camper's fee.  

Youth Girls list is FULL; a waiting list is available. Go ahead and register and you will be notified if the spot is available. $200 is not required at this time.

Dates to know:

Anytime - $500 for one week session until May 1st.
June 1st be paid in full or less depending on scholarship.
June 2nd $10 per day for late payment  

Cancellations are not refundable after June 1st except in situations such as medical or bereavement with appropriate documentation.  You have the option to either receive a full refund or defer payment to the next camp year.  Cancellation for any other reason, will result in the option to defer non-transferable fee for the following camp year or transfer to another camper within your immediate family.  In the case of emergency situations such as natural disasters and/or camp cancellation, you will receive a refund (minus retainer fee) or you decide that the funds will be place on hold for the following year.

Camp opens at 1pm on the first day for two week sessions. One week session, the camp opens at 10 am to noon. Parents welcome to look around and meet our awesome counselors.
