Financial Literacy Summer Course for Teens 2023
Camps are designed for youth aged 14-22 and are 5 days long, 3 hours each day.

Week 1: Monday-Friday June 5-9, 9 am -12 pm (deadline May 31)
Week 2: Monday- Friday July 10-14, 9 am - 12 pm  (deadline June 30)
Cost: $189 ($15 discount for siblings)

Introduction to Personal Finance
Saving (retirement, compound interest, emergency funds, large purchases)
Spending (needs vs. wants, statement of cash flows, the psychology of spending)
Investing (why, how, risks, home ownership)
Debt (good vs. bad, The Credit Card Trap, cost of borrowing)
Credit reports and credit scores
Insurance
Identity theft
College and career planning

Students will need:
