2023 Goshen RedHawk Summer Camps Registration Form

Camp Information / información del campamento 
  1. Please complete a separate form for each student attending camp.
  2. Only one form per student is necessary even if they are attending multiple camps.
  3. Registration will be accepted throughout the camp dates.  However, T-shirts may not be available immediately. 
  4. Registration is based on the grade your student will be entering for the 2023-2024 school year. 
  5. Payment options:
     - Online at https://goshenathletics.org/Tickets  
     - Cash (Paid on the first day of camp or brought to the GHS Athletics Office prior to camp) 
     - No checks will be accepted

I hereby give permission for my student to take part in the Goshen Redhawk Summer Camps.  I will not hold the sponsor of the program nor the Goshen Community School Corporation liable for any injury that may occur, and I have adequate insurance to cover any such injury.  


Entiendo el riesgo de lesiones que implican los deportes, y por la presente doy mi autorización para que mi hijo participe en la Campamento de verano de Goshen Redhawk. No responsabilizaré al patrocinador, al director del programa ni a la Corporación Escolar de Goshen por ninguna lesión que pueda ocurrir y tengo un seguro adecuado para cubrir dicha lesión.
