Who is this for?
This 5 week coaching program is designed for women looking to kickstart their desire and experience more sexual pleasure. This program will leave you with a new understanding and love for yourself and you will be able to take what you've learned and share it within your relationship to create a stronger, more intimate connection.

A community of women growing through similar experiences as you and offering a sense of normalcy and support
Individual coaching support with Jamie to dive deeper in to the struggles you're facing and want to conquer
Development of confidence in your body & mind to create the sexual confidence you've been wanting
Sexual health education in a way that allows you to better understand your body and the way it works
Decrease of any shame or guilt associated with your thoughts and beliefs around sexual pleasure
Modules and handouts to help guide you to creating the next chapter of your sexual self

Four Zoom calls as a group for support and discussing the progress you're making within the program

Two individual Zoom calls with Jamie to offer support on deeper rooted emotions and discoveries you've made

Modules and handouts throughout the program to help guide the process and ensure growth takes place for you

Individual and group support through WhatsApp

Access to the private Facebook group where the program will live even after it's concluded.
