Homeroom Parent: Assist teacher in Class parties (Holiday & Last day of school), Is in charge of Field Day water for homeroom class. **If you are interested in being a Homeroom Parent, please type your student's name and Homeroom Teacher's name.  (Due to COVID-19 this may not be an option)
VIPS & Homeroom Parent Coordinator (BOARD MEMEBER): Distribute the volunteer information to the necessary committees and/or coordinators as needed. Recruit and organize volunteers for events. Recruit and organize Homeroom parents for class parties and field day. *

Picture Day Volunteer: (Fall Portraits, Classroom Portraits, Spring Portraits). *

Book Fair Volunteer: During Book Fair I'd like to be sent the sign up form so that I can schedule volunteer time in the Holmsley Book Fair. *

Co-Treasurer (BOARD POSITION): Holmsley is looking for a treasurer on the board position. Maintain records of income and expenses according to budget categories. *

Major Fundraising Committee (BOARD POSITION): Coordinate with volunteers to plan and execute school approved fundraisers in order to raise funds for Holmsley. *

Staff Appreciation Coordinator (BOARD POSITION): Plan scheduled staff meals throughout the year: beginning of school year staff lunch, December lunch, Teacher appreciation week lunch, and end of year staff breakfast. Plan and coordinate “Teacher Appreciation Week” gifts for staff members. *

Holmsley Bakers: Several events call for baked treats to be donated and pre-packaged. (Texas Roadhouse Bake Sale Table, Carnival, Holiday Fun Night, etc) *

Box Top Coordinator (BOARD POSITION): Plan/execute Box Tops school wide contests. *

Yearbook Committee (BOARD POSITION): Plan, organize, and create the Holmsley yearbook using provided software. *

5th Grade Committee: Facilitate 5th grade shirts, dedication forms, end of year party, and graduation. *
Required
Spirit Store Volunteer: During lunches 1-2 times per month. *
Required
School Supply Coordinator (BOARD POSITION): Starts in April, work with a supply company to offer supply packs for sale to Holmsley families. *
