1. Thank you for your interest in seeking recognition from the Scarborough Campus Students' Union. Please be advised that *ONLY* Clubs/DSA that are recognized by the Office of Student Experience and Well-Being (OSEW) will be able to seek recognition from the SCSU.

2. If your Club or DSA is seeking recognition or a club/DSA status renewal from the Office of Student Experience and Well-being (OSEW), please connect with campusgroups@utsc.utoronto.ca. 

3. Please fill this form in its entirety. After we receive your submission, a member of our team will contact your campus group executive with further information, which includes information about your Club/DSA ID, Clubs/DSA training dates, Club/DSA funding and updates on Club/DSA services.
