This form presents a list of indicators that are used to assess the readiness of a Research Performing Organization considering starting a local EURAXESS Startup hub.

The survey consists of 40 readiness indicators. It is used to establish the perception of opportunities/threats related to the set up of startup innovation in one Research Performing Organization and its environment. The indicators are classified in 3 sections: 1. potential for embedment of training and mentoring startup founders; 2. readiness of organization for cooperation with external stakeholders in building the continuous innovation support infrastructure and; 3. awareness and commitment to achieving/maintaining the diversity and inclusion standards.

The survey uses Likert-like scale in aiming to establish perception of respondents on the individual indicators, namely the state of play in a Research Performing Organization, related to the statements expressed by those indicators.
