I understand that the Downtown De Pere Art Walk is for the purpose of exhibiting and promoting artists in De Pere. I agree to exhibit my work for the full duration of the event and take responsibility for communication with my assigned business host for event details on set up/take down and space requirements. I grant Definitely De Pere the right to use submitted pictures of my work during the Art Walk and further agree that these photos may be shared with media and related marketing pieces. Credit will be given where necessary. Art Walk organizer, Definitely De Pere, will not be held liable for stolen, vandalized or damaged art and associated pieces. I will discuss liability with my host venue and be certain of expectations and liabilities should something happen, and will discuss this with my insurance company if deemed necessary. I understand that if I sell pieces during the event, that this is solely the responsibility of myself (the artist). I agree not to have business owners conduct sales for me. Failure to comply with this may result in automatic dismissal and future reentry for this event.
