Register for an invitation to Three Little Birds 5th Annual Wave of Light event on October 15th!

To mark our 5th year of memorializing and celebrating babies in our community gone too soon, Three Little Birds has reformatted our event a bit differently than years prior. We will be mailing invitations with a special QR code to RSVP for our event. Instead of public parks and pizza, this year, we wanted to give our event more of an intimate banquet feel that allows for connection, sharing and support.

 

Event details

Date/time: Saturday, October 15, 2022 4 to 8 PM (join us for a bonfire after the 7 PM ceremony)

Location: Private residence in Buena, NJ (invitation will include the address)

To receive an invitation:

The invitation is for a loss parent + 1 or loss couple only. We will not be able to entertain additional guests due to capacity limits. Attendees will be treated to dinner, dessert, entertainment, fundraisers and a basket auction

We are asking a $15 reservation fee per person. You will receive $15 of basket raffle tickets upon arrival! (This is to avoid no call/no show registrations that we have experienced in the past which result in wasted donated funds. Thank you for understanding.)

To be sensitive to everyone, our event is adults only (again, thank you for understanding). There is an option to purchase a light up pumpkin for siblings to light at home at 7 PM.

Must live in the service region (NJ – Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem counties or PA – Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery and Delaware counties).

What you can expect:

One lucky attendee will have the opportunity to win a couple’s vacation!! Specific details of how to enter our contest will be provided with the invitation!

Invitations are on a first come, first serve basis and RSVPs will be closed once we hit the venue capacity. From there, we will maintain a wait list for attendees and will reach out based on final RSVPs on additional availability.

We will be calling/texting registered attendees to confirm your planned attendance at our event. If for some reason you are unable to attend after receiving and invitation and RSVP’ing, please contact us. We understand that emergencies arise or plans change. We just ask you give us notice so we can offer the tickets to the next family on the wait list.

If you have dietary restrictions, we encourage you to bring your own food. Our menu will be provided by Massos Catering in Glassboro, NJ. Please let us know if you intend on bringing your own food for these reasons (we don't mind!)
