2024 Youth Camp Registration Form
June 3-7, 2024
Monday-Friday: 6-12th grades

Those who are eligible for Youth camp are boys and girls who have completed 6-12th grade, only!

Please complete this form and the Laclede Baptist Camp Health Registration Form.

Camp fee is $65.00 (nonrefundable). The fee is due with the registration form. There is a $20 late fee after noon on May 20th. Pre-Registration is highly recommended.

Payment Options:
  1. Make checks payable to Laclede Baptist Camp and send them to: Laclede Baptist Association, 389 South Madison, Lebanon, MO 65536 
  2. Stop by the Laclede Baptist Association Office and pay in person. Monday-Thursday 9am- 1pm or Friday 11am-3pm. Locked drop box is also available at the office.

Registration begins at 1:00pm on Monday.
Campers must be picked up between 10am-11am on Friday.

***A member of your church is greatly needed to accompany your students during the entire camp. Adult leadership of one adult per six campers is REQUIRED! Please make sure you have an adult for both girls and boys.***
