Are you a pro in gender equality? Do you care about offering an inclusive environment for all members of your organisations? Do you want to share your experience and learn from others? Then this online seminar is for you!

The online seminar will include:
- Learning the basics of gender mainstreaming in youth work through concrete examples in the areas of language, audiovisual communication, HR management, teamwork, and leadership.
- Peer-to-peer learning on gender equality and gender mainstreaming practices for youth workers, youth leaders, volunteers and anyone working with diverse groups of people.
- Sharing of concrete and practical ideas, which will make your work easier and bring your organisation to the next level.

What you will take home:
- A set of concrete practices, methodologies and activities which you can implement in your organisation.
- A collection of ready-to-use resources on gender mainstreaming.
- Concrete tips on how to use gender mainstreaming in communication and upgrade it

You will learn how to:
- Raise awareness on gender mainstreaming within your organisation.
- Create team dynamics which are truly inclusive.
- Empower every member of your organisation, allowing them to feel confident.
- Create a safe space for people with different identities.
- Adopt a style of leadership which uplifts others.
- Communicate in an inclusive and non-discriminatory way.
- Understand how to create audiovisual content which does not replicate gender stereotypes.

The aim of the training is to share and develop good practices of gender mainstreaming in communications. Please, think about and share here with us a good practice from your own experience that will be used as a basis for team work during the training.

Which days of the training do you wish to attend? *
Each day will be dedicated to a different topic. You can sign up for two days (10 hours) or for the whole training (15 hours). Priority will be given to participants who want to attend the whole training. The schedule of the training is 11:00-13:00 and 14:00-17:00 CEST each day (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
