CONDITIONS OF SALE:

• The Day Pass is for the exclusive use of the Named Person and is not transferable under any circumstances
• The Day Pass permits the Pass Holder free entry to all concerts on the day specified
• In order to be guaranteed a seat, the Pass Holder must present the Pass (in paper form or on mobile phone) at the point of entry to the venue NO LATER than 20 minutes before the advertised start time of each concert
• After this time the Pass Holder may be admitted to the venue, if there is space available
• The Day Pass is non-refundable except:
• CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that any concert is cancelled by the Festival, FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER (including Covid-related restrictions and force majeure) then the entire cost of the Day Pass, or an appropriate portion per concert cancelled, will be refunded to the Pass Holder after the Festival.
