Coach Reynolds ONLY Weekly Activity Log
Just like when school is in session, in person, each day will be worth 3 points. This totals to 15 points a week. You will be required to complete 30 minutes a day of physical activity, for a total of 2.5 hours a week. This can be done in any form or fashion but we encourage you to have fun with it! After completion of your activities, each Friday, you will fill out YOUR coach’s Google Form describing what exercise you did each day, your sleep schedule, and how you practiced a healthy lifestyle. Each Friday your coach will update your grade.
