Permission Signature- I give permission for my child to attend camp with NBPA. I am aware that my child must be brought to the camp on time and will be picked up promptly each day. I give permission for my child to participate in all activities held throughout the camp experience and to participate at the end of camp musical production. I understand that I must abide by all camp rules as set forth by the camp director. Campers that violate the rules may expect to have their parents contacted and may be sent home. As a parent, I understand that I may be contacted due to unacceptable behavior by my child and agree to pick up my child promptly if summoned by camp management.
