Important notes, please read carefully:
1. Fees:
Weekend Program: $70 per student per month
Evening Program: $50 per student per month
Maximum to be paid by one family is 120 for the Evening and $180 for Weekend

Registration and books Fee:
$50 per student before Aug 10th
$60 per student after Aug 10th.

2.  Discount:
Note: discounts cannot be combined, please choose one:

A. Each family who signed up for automatic payment will receive a $10 discount per student per month. Please fill the last part of this application if you wish to signup for auto pay.

B. The school year is total of 8 months, divided into two terms, if a family pay one term in advance, the family will receive $10 discount per month per student. In order for you to receive the discount Term one payment must be received on or before August 15th. Term 2 must be received on or before December 15th.

C. Teachers receive %50 discount.

D. School Committee members receive no discount.
