The purpose of the Board Member Prospect Profile is to gather information about you.  We will use this information to understand you better, to accurately represent you and to help assure the best “fit” between you and Minnestar.

Please note that your input will be treated confidentially.  Your answers on the Board Member Prospect Profile will be discussed with you personally.  Your input will also be shared with the Board at Minnestar. However, your answers will not be shared with anyone else without your expressed permission.

This assessment will ask about your skills, work style and values.

     - Competencies refer to the required background related to the job of board member.  These areas represent the most important experiences and proficiencies required for this position.  While you will come with many skills and abilities, the areas listed refer to those most important in this position.

     - Values are what drive decisions and behaviors, both at work and in our personal lives.  You can think of core values as principles or those facets of a person or organization that are simply “untouchable” or “unwavering”.  By investigating core values, we can gain insight into an individual candidate’s overall cultural preferences.
