WTPL Storytime in the Park Sign-Up Form
Only one form required per family for this 3 week program.

This program runs on Thursday, September 9, 16 & 30 at 10 a.m., outdoors in the park behind the arena.
It is intended for preschool and school aged children and their caregivers.
Please bring your own blankets / lawn chairs / umbrellas.
Each family will be supplied with their very own copy of the Buddy and Earl Books to add to their home library. They will also be supplied with a song sheet and activity kit each week.

We ask that you self screen for Covid-19 ( https://covid-19.ontario.ca/covid19-cms-assets/2021-07/EN_Patron_Screening_2021-07-16.pdf ) prior to attending each session and only attend if you pass and are feeling well.
Families must maintain a physical distance of 2 meters (6 feet) from other families for the duration of the program. Masks must be worn if physical distancing cannot be maintained.
