Thank you for your interest in our "Trick or Treat - Paint & Play Event" located at 701 S. George St. Goldsboro, NC. Please complete all fields of this application. Once you have filled out this form (completely), you will received an email that you have been selected as a vendor and be sent an invoice from Simply Classy Soiree Events, LLC. There is a $30 vendor registration fee that must be paid to be considered a vendor for this event. Your space is not reserved until your invoice has been paid in full. Please note, we will not hold any spaces or accept partial payments. Vendor Registration is non-refundable.
