We are excited to welcome students back to campus for the Spring 2021 semester. As usual, all events must be registered. We continue to encourage all meetings and events that can be held virtually to continue in a virtual format.
If you are hosting a virtual event- you will receive the zoom link for your event as soon as the event is approved.
If you are hosting an outdoor in person meeting- all outdoor meetings must maintain 6 ft of social distance between attendees, and require masks to be work at all times. All in person meetings require attendees to register ahead of time and have a maximum attendance of 25 people. Everyone in attendance must have passed their Prodensity screening at the time of the meeting. If you are hosting an in person meeting you will receive the link to have attendees register. All rules will be strictly enforced.
If you are hosting an indoor meeting at Hillel- a staff member must be in the building during your meeting. Meetings in Hillel are only allowed M-F 9:30 am-6 pm. All indoor meetings must maintain 6 ft of social distance between attendees, and require masks to be work at all times. No eating or drinking is permitted as part of the meeting. All in person meetings require attendees to register ahead of time and have a maximum attendance of 10 people. Everyone in attendance must have passed their Prodensity screening at the time of the meeting. If you are hosting an in person meeting you will receive the link to have attendees register. All rules will be strictly enforced.
