동의서 | Consent
본인은 주최 측(대한민국 민주평화통일자문회의와 민주평통워싱턴협의회)의 규정을 준수하고 의무 사항을 따르겠습니다. 그리고, 본인은 (필요시, 본인의 부모나 보호자는) 본인은 대회 중 당한 부상이나 상해, 재산 손실에 관련하여 주최측에 법적인 소송이나 기타 비용을 청구하지 않겠습니다. 본인은 이 동의서에 자유의지를 통해 자발적으로 서명을 하고, 이 서명으로 인해 그 어떠한 법적인 문제를 제기치 않을 것 입니다.
I agree to follow the rules and guidelines set forth by the National Unification Advisory Council, Republic of Korea (NUAC HQ) and NUAC Washington Chapter. Furthermore, I, for myself (and for my parent or guardian, if applicable), do hereby release NUAC HQ and NUAC Washington Chapter from any liability and all claims resulting in personal injury, illness, accidents, or property loss arising from participation in the 2019 Golden Bell competition. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
