Note: There is a 12-week minimum for the Unicorns Only Mindset Society membership. You may terminate your membership after the 12 week minimum is met. If the 12-week minimum has not been met, by completing this form, you consent for your card to be charged for the remainder of the 12-week minimum at the time of cancellation. A 7-day notice is required for all cancellations.
