A3GROUP, LLC (A3G) CA Notary Public Course Registration Form
PLEASE NOTE: FOR IN-PERSON SESSIONS, MAXIMUM OF 2 STUDENTS ALLOWED PER COURSE SESSION DUE TO COVID-19, MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AGAINST COVID-19. FOR VIRTUAL SESSIONS, VIDEO MUST BE TURNED ON FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF 6-HOUR COURSE.

Registrants will never be asked to provide a social security number. Social security numbers will not be collected for any reason.

All identification & course related information is secure and maintained in a locked file cabinet that is exclusively accessible by A3G.

Virtual sessions are real time live stream, not online self-paced.

Each course session, both in-person and virtual, includes a one hour lunch break (on your own) and two 15-minute breaks. For virtual sessions, video may be turned off during breaks.

REFUND POLICY: Registrants are only allowed up to one time to reschedule or cancel your registration date. Frequent rescheduling, cancellations, late arrivals (including 1 minute after start time) and no shows are non-refundable. Registrants must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance.

REFUND POLICY: No shows, late arrivals and late cancellations/reschedules will forfeit full registration payment.

A valid government issued ID is required to register for CA Notary Public Course. For virtual course registration, valid government issued ID must be emailed to info@a3groupllc.com.

Please complete the registration form below for the 6 hour Notary Public Course. Upon receipt of your registration form, a 'Next Step' e-mail will be sent to you.

Following payment for in-person course, email info@a3groupllc.com to schedule your date. Following payment for virtual payment, submit registration form to schedule your date. Courses are held from 9 AM-4:30 PM with on-site (virtual and/or in-person) registration from 8:45 AM-9 AM. The course will start promptly at 9 AM. Late arrivals are not permitted. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
