Creating a positive and protective culture for children, young people and staff taking part in our projects is very important to us; we want everyone to be safe, have fun, and achieve as much as possible while participating. To help us do this, we ask everyone in the project to agree to a few things.

If you have any questions or concerns about agreeing to anything in this form, please get in touch with the Learning & Engagement team; we’ll be happy to talk through it with you.

Please submit this form to show you agree to the following:

I will read the Glyndebourne policies on the welcome page and adhere to the company policies at all times. *

I will treat my fellow participants, artists and staff at Glyndebourne, and my surroundings with respect. *

I will not use drugs, alcohol or other intoxicants before or during a workshop, rehearsal or performance. *

I will take care to post in a responsible and respectful way when using social media in-line with our ‘Online and social media guidelines’. *

I will inform a member of the Learning & Engagement department of any medical conditions or medication(s) my doctor has told me to take that may affect my ability to rehearse and/or perform so they can support me. *

I will dress appropriately for all rehearsals. *

Please note: This should be similar to how you might dress at school on a non-uniform day or when planning an active day at home. In most sessions, there will be aspects of movement or dance so wearing clothes and shoes that allow you to move freely and safely is important.
