2025 TRIMANIA Volunteer Form
Join Buffalo Arts Studio for the long-awaited and much-anticipated TRIMANIA_REBOOT! After a seven-year hiatus, this iconic Buffalo Arts Studio fundraiser is back and better than ever. From 7pm–12am on Saturday, March 29,  Buffalo Arts Studio will transform all six floors of the Tri-Main Center with live bands, DJs, dancers, performers, poets, visual artists, and more!

We would love your help—we owe so much of what we do to our amazing volunteers.

Volunteer Information:
  • Shifts will be approximately 3 hours. 
  • On the night of the event, volunteers will be scheduled between 5pm and 12:30am.
  • Light snacks and drinks will be provided to volunteers before and after shifts.  
  • Casual dress code. Volunteers will be given a t-shirt to wear. Wear comfortable shoes, as the cement floors can be hard on your feet, and dress in layers, as March weather can be unpredictable.
  • We will have an important volunteer meeting Thursday, March 27 from 6pm—7:30pm to discuss jobs, parking, etc.
  • Jobs will be assigned a week or two before the event.
  • Volunteers will receive free admission to the event before/after their shifts.
  • Volunteers are invited to have a drink on us as appreciation at May's Fourth Friday (5/23/2025) at Buffalo Arts Studio.
Approximately 200 volunteers are needed for this event, so please share this opportunity!
