Booking Deposit
We require a 50% deposit payment to secure your booking, an invoice will be issued for payment. The remaining 50% will be due 7 days prior to the event.

Food Allergies & Intolerances
We can cater for most dietary requirements. Due to the nature of our events and in order to uphold high-quality standards, we require all dietary requirements in advance, preferably upon booking.

Guest Numbers
Our venue is suitable for groups from 6 to 25 people. 

Accessibility
Please notify us prior to attending our Site of any physical disabilities your group might have, so that we can advise you on the suitability of the Event. Please note that there is a 4-5 minute walk between our car-park and toilets to our Woodland Site, with the majority of the path uphill. Please note we are unable to offer guest transportation.

VAT
All amounts stated are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the rate of 20%.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 30 days before the specified Event: Full refund.
Cancellation with greater than 15 but fewer than 30 days before the specified Event: 50 percent refund.
Cancellation with fewer than 15 days before the specified Event: No refund.
