PLEASE NOTE: that the "Emergency Fund for Filmmakers" is NOT a film fund nor does it support projects, filmmaking activities or equipment. If you received a grant from ICFR in 2022 or 2023, you cannot receive a second grant.

This fund has been launched to help filmmakers with small grants of 500 EUR to cover minor but necessary expenses required during the current situation in Ukraine, such as food, shelter, temporary relocation expenses, legal and administrative fees (visas etc).
