The NDTA is collecting Failure to Fill data to ensure that the district is meeting obligations in the Collective Agreement to provide TTOCs and meet non-enrolling teacher ratios.  We ask that anytime you are not replaced by a TTOC in the classroom or if you are a non-enrolling teacher pulled to cover a classroom, that you complete this short form.
