ATMTC Academy has been working hard to continue to provide students, families, and faculty high quality opportunities to engage in learning through the performing arts through these challenging and unprecedented times.

This form provides information on our Summer 2021 camp offering as well as information on how to redeem your on account tuition credit from last summer. We will offer both in person and online summer camp opportunities for all grades.

Please complete this summer enrollment form to redeem your on account tuition credit with Adventure Theatre & ATMTC Academy. A registration will be completed on your behalf. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Summer Camp Refund Policy: If you wish to cancel for a reason other than a confirmed case of or exposure to Covid 19 in the household, you must notify Adventure Theatre MTC in writing at least 30 working days prior to the start of the registered session in order to receive a tuition refund minus the non-refundable deposit of $250. If you need to switch to a different session we will try to accommodate your request according to space availability. Please contact the Academy Registrar (registrar@adventuretheatre-mtc.org) to inquire about switching camp session registrations. Approved refunds (minus the deposit) may take 6 – 8 weeks to process.

COVID 19 Refund Policy:
If we have to cancel in-person camps due to Covid 19 prior to the start of camp, full refunds will be issued to the families who are impacted. For camp sessions that have already started and need to shut down due to Covid 19, pro-rated refunds will be issued. Additionally, if your child or someone in your household has to quarantine due to a positive test or Covid 19 exposure, full (if prior to the start of the camp session) or prorated (if camp is in process) refunds will be issued.  Students who must quarantine will also have the option to switch to an online camp offering.

If ATMTC cancels in-person camp for any reason prior to the start of camp, you will receive a full refund.

By filling out this form, you acknowledge the following:
1) I understand that my child may be participating in an in-person session at Glen Echo Park or Wintergreen Plaza.
2) If I elect to transition to an online camp at ATMTC Academy:
      • I fully acknowledge my child will be supervised by a teaching instructor online
      • I may be required to assist with technology or costumes for a final sharing presentation.
