Booking conditions

As a shared space, we ask you meet the following booking conditions:

I will arrive and depart within the specified times.

I will ensure all rubbish from my event is removed and placed in wheelie bins outside.

I will return all furniture and chairs to the default position (see image below).

I will turn off the sound desk, projector, fans, lights, etc.

I will check the indicator panel (near front doors) and lock the building if I am the last person (requires keyholder).

I will inform the Church Office should my event details change or the event is cancelled.
