SAR Library & Archives Single Record Request

SAR Library & Archives staff will consult indexed sources in the SAR Library & Archives (print or digital) for one person/family in one record/entry (i.e. pension application, local history entry, published genealogy, will, land grant, cemetery record, etc.) for a donation of $15.00. Using this form requires credit card payment via our Friends of the Library Donation Page (please select "other" to enter the $15.00 donation) - to submit via mail with payment via check or money order, please print out and submit THIS FORM instead.

Examples of Single Record Requests

Please send a copy of the pension application for Revolutionary War Veteran, Paul Stanford, Nelson County, Virginia.
Please provide the entry for my Crane family in the book: History of Tarrytown, New York.
Please send me a copy of my SAR member ancestor’s entry in the 2019 Member Guide.

Please allow up to 8 (eight) weeks for a response. Patrons must submit donation via credit card link provided or submit paper form with check via mail. Donation is non-refundable with no guarantee of success.
