Dear Parents/Caregivers

Your child has expressed interest in representing the school in the North Harbour Intermediate (Year 7 and 8) Table Tennis Competition for term 3, 2020. This is a team competition with a minimum of 3 players required in each team.

Details are as follows:

COMMENCEMENT DATE -  Wednesday 29th July 2020
CONCLUDMENT DATE - Wednesday 23rd September 2020

GAME TIME - 5.00pm - 7.00pm

VENUE - North Harbour Table Tennis Stadium, 5A Akoranga Drive, Northcote (behind the Y.M.C.A.)

REQUIRED UNIFORM -  AJHS PE shirt and shorts. Players need indoor non-marking sports shoes and their own bat.

TRAINING - To be advised.

TRANSPORT - It is the responsibility of parent/caregivers to either transport their child to the games each week or to arrange for another parent/caregiver to transport them. The school does not provide transport for this competition.

REGISTRATION FEE - $45.00 per student

COMPULSORY ADMINISTRATION FEE - $25.00 (One payment of $25 will be charged regardless of the number of sports played)

REGISTRATION CLOSING DATE - 9am Thursday 2nd of July 2020

REGISTRATION FEE DUE BY: - 9am Thursday 2nd of July 2020

For this length of time and at this level of competition each school team requires a manager.
The Managers are required to organise the team, ensuring all players and parents/caregivers are aware of game times and trainings. The Manager is required to attend the game each week (or roster a parent on) and oversee the team at the game.

Without parent volunteers it is impossible for teams to participate in the competition so if you are available to assist please tick the appropriate box on the form.

To ensure your child is registered for the North Harbour Intermediate (Year 7 and 8) Term 3 Table Tennis Competition for 2020, please complete the following form and submit by 9am Thursday 2nd of July 2020. Please also ensure that the registration fee of $45.00 plus $25 Administration Fee is paid by 9am Thursday 2nd of July 2020. If there is an issue with payment, please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss payment options.
