THIS TRAINING IS RESERVED FOR LOU FUSZ GOALKEEPERS ONLY.
Please fill out the form below to RSVP for the club provided goalkeeper training taking place this Fall. This registration form is the only way for us to know how many participants are planning to attend their scheduled age/program specific group training each week and give us a means to accurately communicate with participants in the event of a last minute cancellation due to weather.
Club provided Goalkeeper Training is reserved for Lou Fusz players who either EXCLUSIVELY or PRIMARILY play the goalkeeper position for their respective teams. This training is not designed for players who would like to ‘try’ goalkeeping. If you are new to the GK position and interested in trying your hand(s) at goalkeeping please contact program director Franco Carotenuto at
goalkeeping@fusz.com to set up a consultation.
Team coaches are strongly encouraged to allow their goalkeepers to miss a portion of their team training (if conflicting) in order to attend the weekly GK training sessions.
GK training will run for 8 weeks with GK program director Franco Carotenuto and his staff of former professional and collegiate goalkeeper coaches. Players must wear appropriate GK training gear. Cleats or turf shoes, gloves, training top (NO SLEEVELESS TOPS), training shorts or pants (recommended), water bottle.
Training sessions are designated to specific age/program groups each night. Younger GKs will NOT be allowed to train with the older groups. Blue Star specific sessions are only open to players on Blue Star teams at this time.
