Bethel Baptist Church offers a worship experience that is Biblically faithful and stylistically relevant to all generations, especially reaching and discipling the next generation.

The Worship Leader is responsible for coaching our full praise band and leading the church in worship by developing, planning, and evaluating the music ministry as part of the Worship and Media Team toward excellence in worship. This individual is expected to be gifted with leadership skills, teambuilding skills, and organizational skills to effectively lead congregational worship.
