Allocation Committee meetings are open to the public, and we welcome your comments and feedback on agenda items and the work of the Portland Children's Levy. If you would like to offer comment at an upcoming PCL Allocation Committee meeting, please sign up below.

If you sign up to comment in person, PCL staff will email you details about attending the meeting. If you sign up to comment virtually, you will receive an email with a link to join the meeting via Zoom. For non-agenda items, the chair will call for public comment at the beginning of the meeting. For each agenda item, the chair will call for public comment after the presentation and discussion. You will have 3 minutes to speak when called on to provide your comments.
