Older Adult Spotlight
We will be working to include 4-5 older adults and staff members to highlight during the event with stories of their experiences with programs funded through the city. Please fill out this section if you have members who would be interested in and have experience participating in advocacy events. We are looking for someone who would be comfortable speaking for 2-3 minutes on the importance of these services in their lives. Due to time constraints we will not be able to spotlight everyone, however we would still love to collect their stories for use in future advocacy.

We will let you know a few days in advance of the event if we have space to include your speaker on the program.
Do you have an older adult that would like to speak out at this event?  *
If yes, can you provide their name and the topic they would like to speak on?
