As the COVID Steering Committee continues its work to prepare Meadowbrook for a safe in-person reopening in September, we want to know how likely you are to send your students back to in-person learning. Meadowbrook is committed to serving every student, either at school or from a distance. This survey is non-binding and will let us ensure we have resources arranged accordingly.

Keep in mind that in-person learning will require students to wear masks all day, maintain 6' distance from others, and to remain in the cohorts each day.
