Adopt-a-Spot Pre-Clean Up
Please fill out this form if your group is part of the Adopt-a-Spot program and are organizing a clean up for your spot. You must complete this form AT LEAST one week prior to your clean-up to receive credit for your clean-up. After completing this form, you will receive an email with additional instructions, including a form to complete AFTER your clean-up.
