Completing this form is necessary for attending any classes offered by the Teaching Collective. 

Please include a donation for each class you register for based on the following sliding scale determined by what you can best afford.  Include your name and classes you have registered for in the note for your electronic donation.  Details on the sliding scale are included below with additional benefits for those who give more.  You can also register for all classes within the same Path as part of a package for both three and six class Paths.

All donations are for the entire run of the course and cover all sessions that are part of the course you register for.  Donations can be sent to contact[at]onblackwings.com

Individual Courses:

-Sliding scale runs from $25 to $100 based on what you can best afford

-$75+ - Donors can repeat the course or any individual class in that course in future offerings for the next 2 years

-All classes offer limited scholarship slots, please write to contact[at]onblackwings.com for more information

-If you wish to contribute to the scholarship program please add an additional $25 to your donation and state you are contributing to scholarship slots in the note with your electronic donation
