All Grandparents & Special Friends will begin the morning checking in on the Upper School campus starting at 8:00am.  Grandparents and special friends who have filled out this RSVP will be met by their Upper School (6th-12 grade) grandchild(ren) (if applicable) to be escorted through the outside reception area enjoying coffee and goodies.  

At 8:45am, all grandparents and special friends will gather inside the Heritage Center for the beginning of our assembly, which will feature all of our K-12th grade students.

Upon completion of the assembly, our grandparents and special friends can tour the Upper School with their Upper School grandchildren (grades 6-12), or make their way over the Elementary (K-5th grade) and Early Childhood Education (age 2- K-Prep) campuses.  

At 10:15am,  Elementary and Early Childhood (ECE) students, along with their grandparents or special friends will gather for Square Time and special performances by the ECE and Elementary children, as well as have time to visit classrooms in both campuses.

We kindly ask for an RSVP for all grandparents and special friends so that we are able to plan for our guests!  Please indicate if you have special seating needs and we will try to accommodate as best we can.
