South Leicestershire School Sports Partnership hope you are looking forward to taking part in the Active At Home project.

Please take a few minutes with your child to tell us about them and how they feel about getting active and taking part in sport/physical activity. We would like to know this before the programme starts to help us understand who is participating in the project.

We will also ask you some questions at the end of the project.
