Transitions and Notes from Poland announces a call for stipends for journalists interested in developing Solutions Journalism stories in Poland.
Stipends are available for up to 3 150 PLN (2 250 PLN + 900 PLN for travel costs or more complex stories or series of stories). In addition to financial support, we also offer mentoring during the entire production of the article to achieve the highest possible quality.
Both staff journalists and freelance reporters are eligible. Story pitches must be submitted in English (don't worry it doesn't have to be perfect! - an edited Google translation will work). You are free to publish the article in your own publication in Polish.
The story pitches need to be solutions-oriented and in line with the key criteria of solutions journalism. Polish version of the Basic SJ Toolkit available here:
