SMC Children's/Teen's Summer Choir Camp Registration
The SMC Children's Choir Ministry is hosting a Summer Choir Camp for students entering the 3rd-12th grade in fall, 2022. It is a fun time of singing, snacking, and silly gaming. The camp runs from July 27-29. Here is our daily schedule:

7/27   9:30-11:30
7/28   9:30-11:30
7/29   9:30-noon (Pizza Party from 11:30-noon)  
7/31   10:00-noon (Sing for 11:30 Mass)

There is a $25 fee for participation in the camp, which includes a special camp t-shirt, daily snacks, and pizza on July 29th.
Please complete this form by July 25th and bring your fees to our first rehearsal on July 27. You may pay with cash or check made out to Saint Michael Church, memo Choir Camp.
Please complete a form for each child attending. You can eliminate entering parent/chaperone info on additional forms.
