June First Grade Phonics Bootcamp 
          Dates: June 17th - 21st 
          Time: 12PM - 2PM
          Location: Bridgetown Subdivision in Nesbit, MS

What is a phonics bootcamp? 
A phonics bootcamp is all about gaining a strong foundation for reading! It's all about engaging and fun ways to learn/reinforce letter sounds to help your child succeed. 

What is the purpose of this phonics bootcamp?
The purpose of MCS's phonics bootcamp is to help young readers build a foundation for the beginning of Kindergarten/First grade. We will focus on letter sounds, decoding CVC words, and fluency. We aim to prepare your child with the tools needed to begin their school year.  

Bootcamp Info to Read:
  • 1 week of MCS bootcamp is $150 per student
  • MCS will have a June bootcamp (this form!) and a July bootcamp. You are welcome to sign up for both!
  • First grade bootcamp is for students going INTO first grade
  • A $50 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of sign up to reserve your spot (Deposit will go towards final bootcamp cost and remaining balance is due by the 1st day of bootcamp)
  • By the end of bootcamp, your child will receive a summer packet reviewing skills for the upcoming school year. 
  • Your camper will have fun while engaging in the magic of learning to read!
