I, the undersigned take full responsibility for myself while attending all classes with The Inner Space.  I will not hold The Inner Space Living Arts Inc., Tanya Porter, or their assistants responsible for my well-being during or after these classes. I hereby and forever discharge The Inner Space Living Arts Inc., their authorized agents, employees and representatives from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, damages, loss or injury of every nature or kind, however arising, which I have ever had, now have, or may hereafter have as a result of participation in these classes/events.  I recognize that this agreement is a release and waiver of liability and is a legal contract and that, by reading carefully I have complete knowledge of its contents.
