Hey there sister!!

If you're reading this, it's because I know that means you are interested in working on your health and fitness AND inviting God into that journey alongside of us! I want to help you ditch the excuses, realize your worth and start living like it this year, because, sister....  YOU WERE MADE FOR GREATNESS and to be CONFIDENT in who you are! You are fearfully and wonderfully made and I want to help you find JOY and PEACE in that truth! And we are gonna live life to the FULLEST together! 

I know what it's like to ride the vicious cycle of self-defeat in your fitness. That was ME for YEARS!  Yo-yoing from diet to diet from week to week and getting NOWHERE FAST!  

The theme for this project came about after realizing HOW OFTEN I come across women who like myself who have lost the love for caring for their bodies and just want a SOLID PLAN that will work LONG TERM.

 I don't want you to believe the LIE that you cannot do this anymore. I want to help you lean into the TRUTH of God and His power that lives inside you!  My goal is to help you find that confidence again and to truly believe that you are beautiful; inside and out! And to redirect our focus and attitude towards health from one of "I have to." to " I GET too!"
