Please complete a registration form for each participant/auditor. You can make your check out to Mile High AHS and mail it directly to Barbra Lepke-Sims (our chapter treasurer) at:

Additionally, when you mail your check please include a copy of the registration form. The easiest way to do this is to press ctrl+P and print a copy of the form before submitting it.

Non Member Half Day AM Session Only (9:00 am - 12:00 pm): $18.00
