Tūranga Tangata providing a platform for change for our rangatahi through education that is developed and delivered for iwi by iwi and having a shared education vision with whānau, hapū and iwi working together to bring it to reality.

Tūranga Tangata Rite is  a unique  iwi driven innovative learning space for Years 9-11 tauira founded on Tikanga-a-Iwi: Rongowhakaata, Ngai Tamanuhiri and Te Aitanga a Mahaki.  It is this Matauranga-a-Iwi that gives us our special character. Our Maturanga Māori based curriculum explores the traditions, customs and whaikorero of our iwi giving our tauira a better understanding of who they are and where they come from.
