2020 Madison Girls BB/TR Summer Strength & Conditioning Registration
Safety is going to be our top priority this summer.  The coaches have a plan that we feel reduces the risk of transmitting Covid 19 amongst each other.

All Athletes MUST ADHERE TO OUR REGULATIONS & PLANS DAILY!

We have staggered arrival and departure times.
We will have athletes disinfect their hands regularly throughout the workout.
We will work in small groups.
Facemasks will be mandatory when athletes are not actively working out.
        (A cut off t-shirt sleeve would be a great option for adjustability)
Coaches will wear face masks for the entire workout.
Coaches will disinfect all equipment before, during and after all workouts.
Plans need to be made for each athlete to leave the campus immediately upon dismissal.

Athletes will not be able to workout without the having the following items:
-Facemask
-Water Jug- We can not provide water bottles or community watering area for the athletes, they must have their own.  Bring plenty of water daily.  There will be no sharing of water amongst the athletes and no water will be provided.
- Clean workout clothes
-Locker rooms will NOT BE AVAILABLE to use at all.
- All athletes must be symptom free of the following covid 19 symptoms to be able to participate.  If they have any of the following they will not be allowed to attend their scheduled workout.  If they report having any of these symptoms they will be removed from athletic activity for 14 days or until a negative test has been confirmed.

Symptoms:
o Cough
o Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
o Chills
o Repeated shaking with chills
o Muscle pain
o Headache
o Sore throat
o Loss of taste or smell
o Diarrhea
o Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit
o Known close contact with a person who is lab confirmed to have COVID-19

Monday, Wednesday & Fridays only (Exact Dates Below)
11:00 AM- 1:00 PM ( LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE- 2 groups of 15 only)

Cost- $40,  (7 weeks of strength and speed training as well as agility training)
Payment options include Cash or by Check (payable to Madison High School) delivered to Coach Villarreal on the first day of workouts. Please contact for payment options if needed.

*All Athletes must have a physical on file with our Training Staff.  Even if you have a physical on file, every athlete must complete the Medical History form and Online Participation form on RankOne. (Link found on Athletics Summer Camp page)

**All Athletes must have a signed waiver form that can be printed from the Athletics Website.
